Dedicated to your health and wellness.
We strive to listen and learn about the challenges each client is experiencing in order to provide effective treatment.
Jodi Shipley, MA, LMHC
“My personal philosophy of counseling begins and ends with the belief that every person has the ability to cultivate a sense of their own self-awareness through self-empowerment, by claiming their own choices, and creating meaning in their lives by drawing from their strengths and reframing past experiences. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship can foster a safe environment for clients, in which they are able to explore their deepest thoughts and feelings. I have a holistic perspective of healing, taking into consideration all aspects of a person– mental and emotional health, family environment, & physical well-being.”
