Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, parenting, trauma or other issues, groups provide a community of people that can provide support while you are on your journey of discovering solutions to your problems.

We also offer professional workshops as a way to provide continuing education and business training. Just as therapy groups can help those struggling with mental health issues, groups geared to provide support to therapists make for a thriving and healthy community of helping professionals.
