Brandy Harrison, LICSW
“As a therapist my goal is to enhance the daily lives of people, to help them develop more satisfying interpersonal relationships, and assist them in obstacles they face in life. I believe that therapy is a courageous journey toward self-awareness and self-discovery. I strive to provide a safe and peaceful space in which clients can learn new coping skills to enable them to move toward their life goals and create a balanced life. I tailor my counseling style to each individual client’s needs and use a variety of methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness-based interventions all while working to ensure that my clients are comfortable with my therapeutic approach. My commitment to you as your therapist is to provide a space to create transformation, assist you in discovering your authentic self, and provide effective therapy that will foster lasting change.”
