About Abby:
Adolescence and young adulthood can bring a lot of change, emotionally, socially, and internally, and it is not always clear how to navigate it. You might feel stuck in patterns that are hard to break, overwhelmed by your emotions, or unsure how to move forward. Therapy can offer a space to slow things down, better understand what is going on, and begin creating change that feels more manageable and realistic. I take a client-centered approach, focusing on building a genuine and trusting therapeutic connection.
My style is straightforward, and I aim to create a space that feels both supportive and honest. Together, we will explore what has been getting in the way while also building insight, resilience, and meaningful change over time. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, or more complex emotional patterns, my goal is to support you in creating a life that feels more stable, fulfilling, and aligned with who you are.
