About Catharine:
I believe that every person has the potential for positive growth. Deciding to enter into therapy is a step toward wellness and healthy self-care. My approach to therapy is holistic, collaborative, and outcome-oriented. You are not alone in your journey; it is a privilege to walk with you as you address the issues that are impacting your life. I strive to create a therapeutic environment where everyone feels welcomed, safe, and free to express the depths of their feelings in a non-judgmental setting. Compassion, connection, and attentive listening are cornerstones of my practice. At the conclusion of your therapy, my goal is that you will have renewed hope, personal growth, resolution of the issue(s) that brought you into counseling initially, and that you will have new skills and tools that are helpful to you.”
