— "A lot is happening in the world, so it's no surprise that many people are struggling with isolation, low self-worth, grief, depression, or anxiety. No matter your struggle, I am glad you are here seeking support. I want to help you find or return to your best self. Let's work together to find your path, remove obstacles and get you focused on the life you really want to live. I am a strengths-based therapist and person. People I have worked with in therapy describe me as "real," "genuine," and "easy to talk to." I will listen, carefully listen to you, and hear you so that together, we can build a care plan that reflects your specific needs and the support you are seeking. I would be honored to journey with you as you begin to understand and like yourself better and can then enjoy the benefits of self-worth as it spills into your career, partnerships, parenting, work, and play. I am an ally to all. At this time, I see people age 17 and over".

Mandy earned her master's degree in Education and Community Counseling from Whitworth University. She has been providing counseling and therapy in our community for more than 15 years and has worked with diverse people and needs across the lifespan, from young children to elders. She is trained in and predominantly practices using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Person-Centered approach, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Mandy describes herself as a lifelong student and practitioner of evidence-based practices, brain research, and all things related to the power of human resilience.
