About Mandy:
A lot is happening in the world, so it's no surprise that many people are struggling with isolation, low self-worth, grief, depression, or anxiety. No matter what you're facing, I'm glad you're here seeking support. I want to help you find—or return to—your best self as we work together to identify obstacles and help you focus on the life you really want to live.
People I have worked with in therapy describe me as "real," "genuine," and "easy to talk to." I will listen carefully and work with you to understand what you need from therapy. I believe in building on your strengths and helping you develop a greater understanding and appreciation of yourself.
As self-worth grows, its impact can extend into many areas of life—from relationships and parenting to career, work, and play. I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process. I am an ally to all.
