Sarah received her Masters of Social Work from Eastern Washington University with an emphasis in clinical practice and has seven years of counseling experience. She specializes in Perinatal Mental Health and the treatment of depression, anxiety, or trauma associated with pregnancy, birth, and the adjustments of parenthood. Sarah also works with those who have experienced pregnancy loss or infertility. She uses evidence-based practices, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
