About Sarah:
It's my joy and privilege to support you in navigating life's ebbs and flows. We could all use extra support at times. My passion is helping others through the experiences that lead to feeling "stuck" - grief, over-thinking, burnout, relationship stress, anxiety, people-pleasing, trauma, attachment wounds, perfectionism, or even the weather. You may need to work something out, get grounded, or just feel understood & heard. I'm here to help identify the patterns wearing on you and find meaningful ways forward. I support individuals to feel calmer, more confident, and more secure in themselves and their relationships.
My specialties and lived experience include anxiety, loss, self-esteem, religious trauma, people-pleasing, divorce, and emotional abuse. I'll help you find ways to feel better in your day-to-day life and to explore how past experiences have impacted the person you are now. Whether you're trying therapy for the first time or returning to it, you're invited to come as you are.
