*Accepting new clients
— "I believe people need connection, compassion, safety, and acceptance in their journey for healing. My passion is to help individuals heal and address issues in their life so they can achieve personal growth, freedom, and improved relationships. I strive to create a warm and accepting environment focused on client-centered values. My areas of treatment specialty are post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, and working through transitional life stages that require adjustment. I work with individuals, couples, families, parents, and children and help them navigate challenging life circumstances, learning to connect with themselves and one another in healthy ways. My goal is for my clients to feel accepted, understood, and seen within a therapeutic relationship.”
