About Garrett:
I believe our relationships play a powerful role in shaping who we are and how we experience the world. Understanding how family dynamics and our connections with others influence mental health inspires my work with clients. My goal is to help individuals and couples identify what matters most to them, work through the obstacles that stand in their way, and move toward a life that reflects their values.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or a significant life transition, I strive to provide a supportive, collaborative environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they pursue healing, growth, and greater well-being.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter and have a personal interest in the mind-body connection, which I explore through long-distance running. My commitment to family and healthy relationships continues to shape both my personal life and my work as a therapist.
