— "Understanding how family structure and relationships impact mental health inspires my work with clients. My goal is to help individuals and couples identify their goals and work through the problems that are keeping them from living out their most important values. I am passionate about helping others create a meaningful life and would like to accompany you in your journey toward health, wellness, and healing."

Garrett holds a bachelor's degree (2015) and a master's degree (2022) from Eastern Washington University. Garrett has continually pursued higher education with a heart toward serving his community and helping others understand the dynamics that exist in healthy relationships. Garrett draws from different theories, such as Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Systems Theories Perspectives. Additionally, for those wanting a Christian perspective in counseling, Garrett integrates values of faith with evidence-based mental health treatment.

Garrett has been married for 13 years and enjoys spending his free time with his family. He is also interested in learning about the mind/body connection through long-distance running.
