About Hannah
As a mental health therapist, my approach to empowering clients in holistic living is both an art and a science. I strive to create a brave space for teens, emerging adults, and adults that is rooted in acceptance, authenticity, and empathy.
I am deeply passionate about raising mental health awareness and feel honored to walk alongside each client—supporting them through life's challenges, celebrating their victories, and fostering meaningful personal growth.
I appreciate each person's unique qualities and approach therapy from a multicultural and trauma-informed perspective. I believe in meeting people with curiosity and compassion while creating space for them to better understand themselves, their experiences, and what they need to move forward.
