Kolbi received her master’s degree in social work from Boise State University. Additionally, she holds a master’s degree in business administration from Missouri Baptist University. Kolbi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the state of Washington. She has six years of experience providing therapy to adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Her most recent experience is as a clinical supervisor in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program serving clients struggling with severe and persistent mental health concerns. Kolbi primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) throughout the course of treatment with clients.
