Emily received her master’s degree in Marriage and Family therapy from Whitworth University. Emily is a Licensed Mental health therapist with the state of Washington. She has eight years of experience providing therapy to adolescents and young adults struggling with depression and anxiety. Her most recent experience is as a mental health therapist with a pediatric office offering care to primarily adolescents. Emily primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as implementing techniques of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) throughout the course of treatment with patients.
