— “I understand that seeking out a therapist can be a difficult and sometimes overwhelming task, and I congratulate anyone on taking the first step. I believe that the best formula for healing and change is a place where compassion, safety, and connection are present, which I strive to offer my clients. I recognize that each person is unique, and I consider this when discussing needs, goals, and interventions. My commitment to you is to provide creative, compassionate, and effective therapy to address concerns and create lasting change.”
