— "My goal is to partner with people to move towards a more fulfilled life amidst trauma and stress. Taking the first step to reach out and ask for help can be challenging. Finding the right person you can trust is crucial to improved mental wellness. I partner with clients to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to their unique goals and needs. I provide the non-judgmental, compassionate space and the clinical tools to help process life's challenges. I will help you uncover unhelpful thoughts and behavior patterns to expose your true potential. I use a strengths-based approach grounded in research to assist people to greater satisfaction. I work with adults and adolescents from all walks of life. I specialize in treating grief/loss, pediatric and adult trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, relational issues, and individuals who have been affected by the child welfare system."
