— “At the heart of the human experience is a longing for meaning and connection. My great passion is to provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel understood, valued, and supported. I help those who have experienced past traumatic events or are currently experiencing an abundance of life stressors work toward inner peace and wholeness. I love to work collaboratively, helping you develop awareness, connection, insight, and purpose. Counseling can be a significant part of the journey toward health and wellness, and I am honored to walk beside you in your unique process of discovery.”
